The Basics

1. Tell us a little about your business.

I am a wedding photographer. I generally work 8 hours on your wedding day and though have a general package plan, can customize to meet specific needs.

2. What areas do you serve?

I serve Northern Virginia, MD and DC. I'm located in Howard County MD - love Columbia MD weddings.

3. What makes you stand out?

I am low-key - don't make myself the center of attention at your wedding - I capture the emotions and events of the day while not distracting you or your guests. My style includes both the traditional formals that most brides want included and the remainder is photojournalistic capture - little if any posing, just capturing what you have planned and are experiencing.

4. What price range do you fall in to?

My prices range from $2000 to $2600, with albums always optional and additional.

5. What is one piece of advice you have for brides in the wedding planning process?

The one piece of advice I would offer brides is to interview and like your photographer. If you don't like him/her, you won't like your images because it will show in your face and you'll be irritated all day. This is the one vendor who needs to be your friend for the day, who you're comfortable with and who shoots in the style of images you seek. After the wedding day, all you have left for the rest of your lives are your images - you want to love them - choose someone whose work you love and who you're comfortable with.
