The Basics

1. Tell us a little about your business.

Seasonal flowers started its 20th year on May 1st of 2007. We are located in the quiet countryside of Trappe, between Easton and Cambridge.

We love what we do, flowers, flowers and more flowers. I attribute our success to my staff who works very hard to please our couples and our vendors who have so faithfully referred us. We appreciate their confidence in our work. Some of those vendors include starting at the Bay Bridge: Chesapeake Bay Beach club (we were able to help out with the preliminary flower arrangements for Hometown wedding show); Kent Manor Inn (we love their Sunday brunch), The Wye River Conference Center (beautiful), The Pintail Point (lovely manor house) & Hunters Oak (with its nice large tent), The Inn at Perry Cabin (we have worked with them on and off for 15 years), the Saint Michaels Martine Museum (great waterfront and sense of history), The Oaks, a Country Inn (perfect) , The Easton Club, The Hyatt Regency, Chesapeake Bay (good to work with Sandy, Susan, Kim & Kate). Also thanks to all the photographers who have been kind enough to send a photo or two so we could showcase our work.

2. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

3. What makes you stand out?

We spell service with a SERVICE and we really listen to what our brides need and want. It is their wedding and we try to put their personality into every arrangement.

4. What price range do you fall in to?

We will work with your budget.

5. What is one piece of advice you have for brides in the wedding planning process?

To realize that the food & cake will be eaten, the dresses will get stained, the weather may not be perfect, the flowers will eventually die, the guest will go home (hopefully), everything may not be perfect but the day will come and the day will go. Hire good vendors so you will not have to worry about the details. Then enjoy the day with each other and family. It is all about your relationship to one another and at the end of that day you will be husband and wife. Congratulations and Best Wishes in all that love has to offer.
