1. Tell us a little about your business.

Michael Jordan Video Productions has produced more projects in a variety of ways to meet the customer’s goals in quality, value and satisfaction. Experienced staff can handle all of your video needs from family intimacy to broadcast news. Our wedding division has experience from the early nineties and provides superior DVD viewing with an emotional impact. Our brides and their mothers continue to refer us for the best wedding video in the industry.

2. What areas do you serve?

We provide services anywhere within 100 miles of Washington, D.C. and can travel if booked long in advance. Mostly we handle Montgomery County, Maryland.

3. What makes you stand out?

Our dedication to meeting the customer’s needs has always been our goal, but certainly professionalism is important as well. Knowing what to do and when is crucial in a wedding setting and we anticipate actions and document your event discreetly and clearly.

4. What price range do you fall in to?

Cost is relative to the time and location of event, but our prices are always within market range. Wedding videography can start around $500 and usually no more than $2,000. My standard booking rate for a wedding is $1,200 includes 2 DVD masters. Service comes with one camera, wireless mic’s, appropriate lighting, ceremony and reception coverage, one hour prior to service through last dance. Also included is an edited DVD with all footage, music, photos and a Highlight Moments vignette.

5. What is one piece of advice you have for brides in the wedding planning process?

Brides should certainly hire only professionals who have the experience and the capability to deal with any situation. Going cheap on videography defeats the purpose of making you look good. That goes for all of the bride’s vendors. Take the time to enjoy the pre-nuptials, maybe by making a video to show at the rehearsal dinner!
