1. Tell us a little about your business.
I've been teaching ballroom dancing since 1993. Wedding couples preparing for their first dance are my specialty. Most wedding songs are a Fox Trot or Rumba, but I've also choreographed Salsa, ChaCha, Swing, Waltz, Viennese Watlz, Hustle, and just tonighyt, a Peabody. Dancing together can become a life-long shared hobby, building unity into the marriage.
2. What areas do you serve?
I serve the areas of Frederick, Jefferson, Walkersville, and Baltimore.
3. What makes you stand out?
I love working with couples one-on-one to make their wedding dance memorable and with as little stress as possible. Also, I don't require a contract with a certain number of dances paid up front - the couple can pay as they go. Additionally, I offer a 50% discount for Police, Firefighter, and Military personnel (ever since 9/11/01). And veterans returning from the Middle East can have free wedding preparation lessons as my way of saying 'Thank You'.
4. What price range do you fall in to?
Usually
between 3-5 lessons, so around $220.
5. What is one piece of advice you have for brides in the wedding planning process?
Remember that by the time you get to the dance floor, the 'important' part of the day will be over (The "I Do").
