The Basics

1. Tell us a little about your business.

Sachs Photography is a husband wife team with over 20 years of experience. While our beginings in the world of photography were in the New York Commercial world, we now specialize in weddings, events and family portraiture. Our goal is to create images that are distincitive and capture the emotions, connections and joy of family during significant life events.

2. What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater DC, Baltimore, Eastern Shore and Southern Pennsylvannia areas. However, we are available for travel and have photographed weddings on the west coast of Mexico.

3. What makes you stand out?

What makes our work special is that we focus on capturing the emotion of the day. While details are important, the most important images are the ones that capture mom helping place the veil on her daughter; or special wink from grandfather as the bride walks down the aisle.

4. What price range do you fall in to?

Our 2008 Wedding Collections begin at $2,400 and go up from there depending on the number of photographers, type of albums, etc.

5. What is one piece of advice you have for brides in the wedding planning process?

Look for vendors who you feel confident in their professional abilities, but also enjoy working with. It will make your planning and the celebration itself a joy.
