1. Tell us a little about your business.

"Beyond the imaginable" describes the vibrant and exciting wedding photography and videography of Formica Studios. Naval Academy clients have trusted Frank Formica and found him to exceed their expectations for 25 years and counting. I believe each individual and each wedding is unique and photographs should reflect that uniqueness.

2. What areas do you serve?

We serve Annapolis, Baltimore and DC.

3. What makes you stand out?

I want my couples to know that I understand that their wedding day is the day that they have dreamed about for many years. So the first thing that I do is to explore those dreams. My goal is to understand those images and make them come true within my photographs. I have tried to develop my style to match their desires. My style is defined as elegant, timeless, traditional, vogue, classic, regal, fun, funky and beautiful.

4. What price range do you fall in to?

Our fee range from $2500 to $8500

5. What is one piece of advice you have for brides in the wedding planning process?

Whatever your budget, whatever the circumstances of your wedding, you should be careful and deliberate in choosing a wedding photographer. Even for couples with a very limited budget, there are still minimum standards you should look for, and if you do decide to give this important job to a novice, or to Uncle Ted or Aunt Joyce, those standards still apply and a certain level of professionalism is required. If you do end up with a friend or family member to do the job, remember that you’re asking them to perform serious work at your wedding, not just take a snapshot here and there.
